Chinese Factory produce Good hydrophilicity Silicone Emulsion Similar as BELSIL® ADM 6300 E. SilibaseSES-7728 is a film-forming, nonionic macroemulsion of an aminofunctional polydimethylsiloxane. Special production process make it have better stability, lowyellowing and advanced conditioning properties. SilibaseSES-7728 can not only improve wet and dry combing performances for hair without occurring accumulation, but also make hair become smoother and softer. In addition, by dispersing in fineparticle size, SilibaseSES-7728 owns strong adhesion and long-lasting softness. All features above also make SilibaseSES-7728 have remarkable performances in transparent formula systems(transparent shampoo).
SilibaseSES-7728 is an excellent conditioning agent in hair care applications. Upon drying, it forms a protective, elastic sheath around the hair fiber. SilibaseSES-7728 provides a soft, silky touch and effectively reduces dry and wet combing forces, especially on thick hair.

Application Description:
Chinese Replacement Product Silicone Emulsion BELSIL® ADM 6300 E Silicone Emulsion. SilibaseSES-7728 has effects of improving softness, wet and dry combing performances, and avoiding tangled hair, etc.
All of above dosages are the weight percentage of the whole formulation, and it mostly depends on the particularity of formulation system. Since required function is different according to the different needs, the best dosage needs to be determined by experiments.
SilibaseSES-7728 will be effective under low concentration, and can beadded at the last stage of manufacture. SilibaseSES-7728 has high compatibility with mostof cosmetic conditioning agents, and it is miscible with water.
Application Details
SilibaseSES-7728 is suitable for rinse-off conditioners, hair treatments and shampoos. In conditioner formulations,SilibaseSES-7728 supports to reduce color fade of colored hair.
Processing:
Recommended use levels of SilibaseSES-7728 in conditioner, treatment and mask formulations are 2,0 % to 7,0%.
Recommended use levels of SilibaseSES-7728 in shampoo formulations are 0,8 % to 2,0 %.
The emulsion should be formulated at temperatures below 35℃.
The emulsion needs to be stirred well before use.
